1 DDI will not be held responsible if there is a delay in delivery, as we are not a transport company.
2 Customers will be responsible for the return OF ALL shipping and handling charges.
3 Customers need to contact us on the problem before the return of the item / items to obtain a return number.
4 For faulty or damaged goods, please include a copy of your postage receipt. If the product is deemed faulty after review, we will then credit the cost of postage back to you.
5 In the event that your product is lost in transit, DDI will not be held liable and therefore recommends that you send all returns via Registered Post.
6 We ask that you allow 7 business days from the day you return your package for your account to be credited.
Logos Motfis - Printing or Embroidery
1 Your logo will require your signature or emailed approval before printing or embroidery including, if you alter your logo on later print orders.
2 This will include colour , sizing and position of logo on garment or hat.
3 A PDF/jpg file can be used for the logo approval, if it is acceptable to you and DDI.
4 A presample on a swatch of fabric may be required for confirmation of the logo.
5 Actual garment or hat sample with the logo attached will incur a full sample fee, which will be credited when the order is made and completed.
6 We do not sell, transfer or otherwise deal in the trade of your information.
7 If you change your logo or motif by any amount and not inform us of the specific changes and not sign off on the new changes with us before we print, we will not be held responsible for the goods being printed with your older style logo. We need to reset your logo before we print. This applies to whoever or the organisation that owns your logo.
